50 artists join affordable housing campaign with auction

Don't miss the 50 Artists for SCCSS “Canapés, Cocktails & Charity Art Auction” on November 16 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at High Beam Dreams in Gibsons! This special evening brings together 50 local artists, including well-known names like Marleen Vermeulen and Sandy Kay, in support of affordable housing for women and children on the Coast. Guests can enjoy gourmet canapés, curated cocktails, and a live auction hosted by former CBC’s Vicki Gabereau and auctioneer Ed Hill.

Organized by the 50 Women for SCCSS campaign, this event will help close the funding gap for Sunshine Coast Community Services’ Building Together project, creating affordable housing and a new community hub. Tickets are $150 and available at highbeamdreams.com—grab yours before they’re gone! For more info, contact co-chair Sue Anne Linde at 778-231-8835.
